CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Adam Korpi is the CEO of 3DCP Companies, where he directs the organization’s overall vision, strategy, and operational execution.

Drawing on his background as an entrepreneur and operator of multiple ventures, Adam has played a pivotal role in scaling businesses and managing complex day-to-day operations.

He has played a key role in the advancement of in-field operations along with research and development in the 3D printing construction industry.

Adam’s leadership centers on operational excellence, innovation, and building teams that drive long-term growth.

CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER

Bridget Korpi serves as the CBO of 3DCP Companies, overseeing business development, partnerships, and strategic growth.

With an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of managing multiple ventures alongside Adam, she has been key to positioning the company as a leader in innovative 3DCP construction solutions.

Bridget’s focus lies in strengthening client relationships, expanding market opportunities, and aligning business strategies with the company’s long-term vision.

Her leadership ensures that 3DCP Companies not only advances technologically but also grows sustainably and strategically.

MICHAEL SAMP

CHIEF OF STAFF/CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Michael Samp is the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief of Staff at 3DCP Companies, LLC, where he plays a central role in shaping the company’s strategic direction, operations, and capital development efforts. With nearly 35 years of experience spanning business development, government relations, operations, and corporate finance, Samp brings a rare combination of high-level strategic thinking and hands-on operational execution.  

Before joining 3DCP, Samp held C-level consulting roles across nineteen NFL Super Bowls, served as project director for Ford Motor Company’s 100th Anniversary, and collaborated with Fortune 500 companies on major national events. A former White House intern, he brings extensive experience in both the public and private sectors.

Samp is the founder of Operation Mobility, a fundraising effort with the South Dakota Parks & Wildlife Foundation to provide individuals with disabilities access to the outdoors. He was a founding member of the USS South Dakota (SSN-790) Commissioning Committee, and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for the Union Gospel Mission, the second-oldest emergency mission in the country. He and his wife, Julie, have three children.
