Adam Korpi is the CEO of 3DCP Companies, where he directs the organization’s overall vision, strategy, and operational execution.
Drawing on his background as an entrepreneur and operator of multiple ventures, Adam has played a pivotal role in scaling businesses and managing complex day-to-day operations.
He has been instrumental in guiding over $2.5 million USD of investment into advancing in-field operations and R&D within 3D construction and 3D concrete printing.
Adam’s leadership centers on operational excellence, innovation, and building teams that drive long-term growth.

Bridget Korpi serves as the CBO of 3DCP Companies, overseeing business development, partnerships, and strategic growth.
With an entrepreneurial spirit and proven track record of managing multiple ventures alongside Adam, she has been key to positioning the company as a leader in innovative 3DCP construction solutions.
Bridget’s focus lies in strengthening client relationships, expanding market opportunities, and aligning business strategies with the company’s long-term vision.
Her leadership ensures that 3DCP Companies not only advances technologically but also grows sustainably and strategically.

MICHAEL SAMP
CHIEF OF STAFF
Michael Samp is a seasoned business leader with over 30 years of experience in driving growth and innovation across multiple business sectors.
Samp serves as the Chief of Staff to Adam at 3DCP Companies. He is recognized for his expertise in business development, government relations, operations, and corporate finance.
Under the guidance of his mentor, a former Mondale advance person, he has held C-level consulting roles for nineteen NFL Super Bowls, served as the project director for Ford Motor Company’s 100th Anniversary, and collaborated with Fortune 500 companies for major national events.
A former White House intern, Samp is a founding member of the USS South Dakota (SSN-790) Commissioning Committee and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for the Union Gospel Mission, the second-oldest emergency mission in the country. Samp and his wife, Julie, have three children.
