MICHAEL SAMP
CHIEF OF STAFF/CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Michael Samp serves as the Chief of Staff and Chief Strategy Officer to Adam at 3DCP Companies. Michael is a seasoned business leader with nearly 35 years of experience across diverse industries, he is recognized for his skill in enhancing business development, government relations, operations, and corporate finance. Colleagues praise his deep operational knowledge, ability to boost profits, and talent for balancing growth with innovation.
Under the guidance of his mentor, a former Mondale advance person, he has held C-level consulting roles for nineteen NFL Super Bowls, served as the project director for Ford Motor Company’s 100th Anniversary, and collaborated with Fortune 500 companies for major national events.
A former White House intern, Samp is a founding member of the USS South Dakota (SSN-790) Commissioning Committee and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board for the Union Gospel Mission, the second-oldest emergency mission in the country. Samp and his wife, Julie, have three children.
